What is meant by Responsive Design ?

Responsive Website Design is a website design approach to make a website’s layout flexible to enable it to adapt itself to user’s screen size and adjust its content in a fluid manner so that it is comfortably visible & readable. Apart from adjusting the elements’ placement, responsive design also comprises shrinking or expanding the element’s size in order to provide optimum visibility depending on the screen size.
