What if a teacher cannot attend an upcoming session booked by the student?


The teacher can send a request to the student to reschedule the lesson if he/she will not be able to attend the lesson. To request for rescheduling:

  • Sign in to the account. Go to “Lessons” where the list of all the delivered/scheduled lessons will be available.
  • Click on the “Reschedule Lesson” icon of the lesson that needs to be rescheduled.
  • A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the lesson for the student and click “Send”.
  • A notification will be sent to the student for rescheduling the lesson. 
  • The student can then select another time and date as per teacher's availability to reschedule the lesson.
