Cost: 150 USD/each instance
Timeline: 1-2 working days (depending upon the promptness with which the Point of contact from the client-side is responding)
Notes:
- 10 hours are included in the package. Additional hours if required will be billed @25 USD/hour
- Team viewer access to the machine during our office hours - 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. IST
- Localhost/Your Machine should meet the recommended server requirements
Exclusions:
- FATbit will not be responsible for the loss of data if any. The client will take back up of the machine prior to providing access to FATbit Team.
- Configuring your server shall be separately charged at USD 25 per hour.
- Re-installations on the same machine or a different machine shall be separately charged.
- 12 months Free technical support is not applicable for local hosting solution
