I understand that I will not have any access to any of the data (vendor info, stores, product info) if I choose not to continue after the year, and that I will lose all info, is that correct? I will have no way to transfer it over to another system?

I do not understand what you mean by "losing our data" - does this only refer ... show moreto the Startup version if we don't continue after that first year? What if we go with the GoQuick version, do we still lose our data if we want to switch to a different company later, or can we export all of our data since we have an "owned license"? Please elaborate in more detail. Thanks!
