It is great that the impact of Fatbit Twitterchat is growing week by week. Every week, new experts are joining us, and our team is learning a lot from them during the weekly 1-hour knowledge sharing session.

For this week, we selected an intriguing topic – Customer support, which got discussed among experts from WooRank and others speakers who joined us. Most of the questions raised during this week’s chat either pointed to the importance of customer support or talked about how businesses can improve it and use it for marketing. We are happy that participants took home some new insights on customer support.
