Junk mail

What are junk mails ?

Junk mail, otherwise popularly known as spam, is an unsolicited email received by a user when it has not been specifically asked for. Spams or junk mails are usually sent by advertising firms to a mass of unknown email addresses to introduce new product & services. In addition to untargeted advertising content, junk mail may also contain disguised links, or lead to phishing websites or websites hosting malwares.
